Nourra provides AI-powered food analysis and nutrition insights. You can scan meals, view estimated nutritional information, and see how foods may affect different parts of your body based on published research.

2. Not Medical Advice

Nourra is an educational tool, not a medical device or service. The information provided through the Services is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as, and should not be considered, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, especially if you have existing health conditions, allergies, or are taking medication. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Nourra.

3. AI-Generated Content

Nourra uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and generate nutrition insights. While we strive for accuracy and ground our analysis in published research, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Nutritional estimates are approximations and may not reflect exact values. You acknowledge that AI-generated insights should not be relied upon as the sole basis for dietary decisions.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Nourra offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. By subscribing:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Use the Services to provide medical advice to others or represent Nourra’s output as professional medical opinion

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Nourra and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos you submit, but grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutritional information will be completely accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nourra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app’s settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through your App Store account settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
